It spans 15 hectares divided into 18 south-facing terraces on schist soil.&#13;<br \/>\nClassified as an A.O.P. C\u00f4tes de Provence, Clos Mirages produces small quantities of fine dining wines, featured in more than twenty Michelin-starred restaurants. A contemporary, bioclimatic winery, designed by the owner (an architect), was completed in 2023. &#13;<br \/>\nPlanted with Grenache Noir, Rolle, and Mourv\u00e8dre, new grape varieties have been introduced since 2022: Carignan, Cinsault, Semillon, and Syrah.&#13;<br \/>\nEvery decision we make is aimed at excellence: old vines, limited yields, hand-picked and selective harvests, cooling of the grapes, and minimal use of sulfites&#8230;&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nThe entire estate is organically farmed, certified by Ecocert\u2026 and by a pair of hares that live on the property.
