RD98 towards Cogolin\u00a0for La M\u00f4le, Cogolin, La Garde-Freinet and Le Plan-de-la-Tour.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From Nice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Take the A8\/E80 motorway (la Proven\u00e7ale) towards Toulon-Marseille, then take the exit 36, signposted Saint-Tropez, for Le Plan-de-la-Tour, or take the exit 13 for La Garde-Freinet, Cogolin, La M\u00f4le and to 4 September, you can catch the Le Royal-Canadel-sur-Mer sea shuttle to beaches and residential neighbourhoods in the area, with three different services running every 30 and 40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p
