How to get here?
- From Toulon
Take the A570 motorway to Hyères, then follow the main departmental road 98.
At the Verrerie roundabout, follow the main departmental road 559 along the coast to Le Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer, or take the RD98 towards Cogolin for La Môle, Cogolin, La Garde-Freinet and Le Plan-de-la-Tour.
- From Nice
Take the A8/E80 motorway (la Provençale) towards Toulon-Marseille, then take the exit 36, signposted Saint-Tropez, for Le Plan-de-la-Tour, or take the exit 13 for La Garde-Freinet, Cogolin, La Môle and Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer.
- From Aix-en-Provence
Take the A8/E30 motorway (la Provençale) towards Cannes-Nice, then take the exit 13 for La Garde-Freinet, Cogolin, La Môle and Le Rayol-Candel-sur-Mer, or take the exit 36, signposted Saint-Tropez, for Le Plan-de-la-Tour.

How to get around?
Cogolin
From 15 June to 15 September, you can catch the Cogolin summer sea shuttle to Cogolin Marina from the town centre or the Font Mourier district.
Le Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer
From 25 June to 4 September, you can catch the Le Royal-Canadel-sur-Mer sea shuttle to beaches and residential neighbourhoods in the area, with three different services running every 30 and 40 minutes.
