Country walks through the seasons
The Massif des Maures and its countryside can be discovered all year round, but the first buds of spring or the shimmering colors of autumn are privileged moments to reveal a preserved and rich nature. During a relaxing stroll through the Domaine du Val d’Astier, our guide will reveal the abundant flora and fauna of our countryside. This country stroll will be an exceptional opportunity to get to know the Seignez family and its history over a tasting of their crus classés (red, rosé or white) or pure grape juice. Let yourself be guided by nature-friendly professionals!

The storytelling walk through time
Step back in time and discover the secrets and anecdotes of old Cogolin as you wander through its narrow streets and ancient porches. A small Provencal village with a heritage dating from the 14th to the 17th centuries, the former seigniorial residence, known as LE CHÂTEAU, will open its doors to give you access to its splendid temporary exhibition halls and its place of life and exchange, which in itself brings together 3 spaces: a digital museum, a FabLab (manufacturing laboratory) and a space dedicated to virtual reality. Our guide will take you on a tour of the history of our region, and help you feel the soul of Cogolin. Length of visit: 1h30. (Outside the Château: self-guided tour)
Guided hiking, fun and sporty
Want to discover the virtues of Mediterranean flora while hiking? Then this guided hike is for you! A selection of “special well-being” plant species will be presented by our guide along the way. Can you win a souvenir gift by correctly answering the 7-question quiz at the end of the walk? Don’t panic, a final tasting of Domaine du Val d’Astier wine or grape juice will be offered to all participants!

The reed factory, using Cogolin reeds
Thanks to the climatic conditions of our region, these reeds give birth to reeds of unique quality! Discover the different stages in the manufacture of these little tongues that musicians use on their wind instruments. These reeds are exported and used by the world’s greatest musicians. Duration: 1 hour.

These factories welcome you all year round to offer you the very best our region has to offer. Visits are free and must be booked in advance.
Fabrique Courrieu Pipes
From father to son since 1802, the Courrieu family has been making pipes from the best briar in the Massif des Maures, selected by the Master Pipe Maker. Duration: 30 minutes.
L’Atelier Provençal
A true artisan of flavors, the Atelier Provençal excels in the production of local and regional specialties: anchoïade, tapenade, rouille and aïoli will delight your taste buds. Duration: 30 minutes (tasting included).
