Autumn, this magical season when the trees are adorned with shimmering colors and the fresh air announces the end of summer, is the ideal time to celebrate the Chestnut Festival! This festival is much more than a simple event, it is a real explosion of flavors, conviviality and gourmet traditions.
Every year, La Garde-Freinet celebrates the Chestnut Festival on the last two Sundays of October. And to mark the 40th anniversary of this gourmet tradition, the festivities will continue with a third date: 9 November!
The entire village is adorned with the warm colors of autumn to celebrate the chestnut, symbol of this enchanted season. This celebration, rich in flavors and traditions, promises you an unforgettable day with family or friends!
