Nestled in the heart of the Val de Perier, at the gateway to the Massif des Maures, Domaine des Vallats is a veritable Provencal jewel, just a few minutes from the Bay of Saint-Tropez. Set between land and sea, the estate takes its name from the Provencal word "vallat", meaning "stream", in reference to the watercourses that flow through it. These streams give rise to a lake, a veritable refuge of biodiversity, which contributes to the natural balance of the estate.
Our 12-hectare vineyard, in the Côtes de Provence AOP appellation, benefits from a privileged Mediterranean climate, and the presence of the lake brings a unique natural freshness. Our emblematic grape varieties - Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Rolle and Mourvèdre - flourish here to produce harmonious, refined rosé, white and red wines.
Our top-of-the-range cuvée, 'Vallats Perier', reflects all the excellence of the estate, while our 'Rosée des Vallats' is the ideal companion for summer moments.
Beyond the vineyard, Domaine des Vallats offers exceptional gîtes, including a villa with swimming pool and two apartments, providing the ideal setting to extend the Provencal experience.
