Domaine de Théolier is located in the heart of the Massif des Maures, its natural setting. By applying organic farming practices, we take care of the vines, olive trees and immortals to offer you top-quality products.
Respecting organic and biodynamic agriculture, Domaine de Théolier is an ancient Provencal terroir that has been given a new lease of life by our passionate hands. Olive trees, mimosas, immortelle (Italian helichrysum), lemon eucalyptus, ginkgo biloba and terraces of new vines stand side by side, surrounded by the majestic Massif des Maures.
We pay great attention to the quality and finesse of our products, all of which are certified AB: mill-pressed olive oil, olive oil flavored with immortelle, thyme or rosemary, essential oil of Immortelle flowers (Corsican chemotype) with multiple therapeutic virtues, Immortelle floral water and precious oils, lemon eucalyptus essential oil and hydrolate, hawthorn, St. John's wort or ginkgo biloba precious oils, immortelle fleur de sel, green or white mimosa tea, dried flower bouquet ..... And finally, our first vintages of wine, thanks to the solidarity of our farmers!
