Description
On the program for your introductory session: Meet at our eFoil base located on the Marines beach in Cogolin. We welcome you and equip you (vests, helmets, wetsuits in winter).
After having given you all our advice and safety rules, it will be time to get into the water!
Let's go for 1 full hour of sliding! The eFoil is quite easy to use, after about 30 minutes you will start to stand up and then fly above the water. We will coach you throughout the session to help you progress more quickly. We will also take photos and videos of your session!
After 1 hour we will reach the beach.
The morning and end of the day slots will be reserved for beginners because the water is calmer which allows them to get started more quickly.
Possible eFoil hikes and excursions possible for experienced people who have completed introductory sessions.
