There's a first bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
Next door (no window) is a sleeping area with 2 80x190 bunk beds for 2 people.
Games and storage space are available in this sleeping area.
Cross the kitchen, which forms a corridor, and you'll reach another area, on the seaward side to the right: a large bedroom with TV, closets, 3 single beds and a sea-view terrace, and to the left a shower room with a large shower, washbasin and separate toilet.
The "voie verte" passes directly in front of the residence and takes you to Canadel beach in 10 minutes on foot, without crossing any roads, and to Pramousquier beach in 15 minutes on foot.
Restaurants are within walking distance. Street parking is easy and free.
The residence of just 10 apartments is very quiet.
Cavalaire, its harbor and casino are a 10-minute drive away, St Tropez 30 minutes. All shops (pharmacy, doctor, post office, butcher, supermarket, hairdresser, bookshop, etc.) are a 5-minute drive away in the village of Le Rayol.
The 2 bathrooms were completely renovated in 2024. All furnishings are new.
For your comfort, the apartment is fully air-conditioned.
