Randonnée – “Les Gorgues”

Description

An intimate route to discover the charm of the wooded hills between hamlets and exceptional vineyards.

Depart from the Tourist Office. Leave the village (RD74) towards Sainte Maxime, at the Frédéric Mistral traffic circle, 1st right: Chapelle Saint-Pierre (ruin - private property - not open to visitors).
After the small hill, turn left as far as the "Gorgues" ford, a reservoir that used to feed the Ressence mill. Drive along the vineyard and at the crossroads, opposite the gate, turn left.
At the crossroads, you'll see the relay antenna in the distance, ahead of you, turn right. Discover the Plantourian vineyard and the menhir.
In the hamlet of Prat Bourdin, turn right along the narrow track to the sheepfold.
Return to the village along the same path.
