La Patronne, an ambitious and innovative intercommunal farm project
The Patronne’s Project provides for the installation of farmers on the Property of the Community of Communes. They will be installed to produce organic farming and supply the area’s school canteens with vegetables, eggs and goat’s cheese.
At the same time, the site will allow young people to test their ability to get involved in market gardening thanks to a “test” space.
Finally, an educational space will offer schools and tourists an approach to agricultural activities implemented with strict respect for the environment and in favor of biodiversity.
The year 2024 is dedicated to preparing the construction work for housing and agricultural equipment.

The composting platform
Created in 2004, it is a central point of the recycling of green waste in the Gulf from Saint-Tropez.
Modernized in 2023, this installation can process more than 20,000 tonnes of incoming green waste and 10,000 tonnes of compost coming out and used in large part by local winegrowers.
The airport
Since 2021, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez airport has been the first carbon-neutral French airport.
With the help of the AéroBiodiversité Association, it carries out biodiversity inventories with the aim of evaluating, promoting and improving the quality and richness of its green spaces.
