Built on one level, the villa can accommodate 6 people.
At the entrance, you will find an air-conditioned living room with a large flat screen, DVD and Home Cinema, including a large corner sofa. The adjoining dining room, also air-conditioned, is furnished with a large table and an LED television. The open-plan kitchen is an extension of the living room and is equipped with high quality appliances: dishwasher, microwave, hob (2 induction, 2 gas) and traditional oven.
The air-conditioned master bedroom has a large 160 cm bed, a large fitted wardrobe and a flat screen television.
It has access to an en suite shower room with toilet.
The guest room, also air-conditioned, has two 90 cm beds that can be moved closer together to make a 160 cm bed and has a television. The air-conditioned children's room has 2 bunk beds (90 cm) and a flat screen TV. These two rooms share a shower room and an independent toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy a garden with lawn and flowers of about 1500 m².
The swimming pool is at the back of the villa. It has a pergola, a table tennis table and a paved terrace around it where you can find deckchairs and outdoor furniture. The pool is equipped with a perimeter alarm system, which is very safe for the youngest.
